St. Stephen is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 851 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.68 square miles, all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 851 people, 305 households, and 234 families residing in the city. The population density was 231.3 inhabitants per square mile. There were 316 housing units at an average density of 85.9 per square mile.
