Can I access my on-line banking on my tablet or mobile device?

Yes, you can access our online banking services from any device connected to the internet.  If you are using an iPhone or Android smart phone, we suggest you download our Mobile Banking App for the most optimal experience.

If I sign up for eStatements can I still get a paper copy too?

No. Once you sign up for e-statements you will receive an email notification that your statement is available on-line. If you would like or need a paper copy of your statement you can print your e-statement from your computer to your personal printer. If you request a paper copy from us you will be charged a fee for each statement you request.

What is the cut-off time for conducting a transfer on Online Banking?

Monday through Friday, the cut-off time for on-line banking is 6 pm. This means you can conduct your business until 6 pm each of these days for credit on that same day. Transactions conducted after 6 pm on weekdays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be credited on the following business day.

Who should I call if my debit card or ATM card has been lost or stolen?

If you need to report your debit card lost or stolen during regular banking hours call the bank at 320-363-7721. If you need to report your debit card lost or stolen after regular banking hours or on weekends please call 1-800-554-8969.

I am moving and need to change my address. What should I do?

Your change of address with Sentry Bank will require a signature from you before we make the official change to your bank accounts. This procedure is for your security and even if we receive a forwarding address from the post office, we will still need your signature to authorize the change of address.

Where can I find information about special edition coins?

Go to www.usmint.gov for any and all information, including release dates, regarding the Presidential Dollar Coins, State Park Quarters, and other special edition coins released each year.

Where can I buy US Savings Bonds?

Go to Treasury Direct for any and all Savings Bond information, including how to purchase them.

Where can I find information about exchanging foreign currency?

Go to www.xe.com and you can compare values of currency from all over the world.  Contact a Sentry Bank representative about exchanging your currency.
